Update: Solar, Martinez Refinery, and Beavers!

Solar: The California Public Utilities Commission rules make it extremely disadvantageous for schools and other multimeter entities to install solar electric panels. SB 1374 would have allowed schools the same treatment single-family homeowners get. It flew through the legislature, but was vetoed by Governor Newsom.

Martinez Refinery: Read the text of the Bay Area Air Quality Management District announcement of the fine here.
