Getting to work: MLK Day of Service on the Richmond Greenway

Urban Tilth work day in Richmond: Planting, weeding, mulching, and meeting the staff and volunteers who make it happen.  We met the cutest weeder, age 5 - and they found a potato!

Urban Tilth is a multi-faceted organization centered around

growing food in an urban setting. It has a farm, and also provides summer internships for youth. It's watershed arm does creek restoration and maintenance.
